Brand
Common questions about brand knowledge, assets, and the brand agent.
How does my brand agent learn my brand?
You add sources in the Brand Hub — files, pasted text, a webpage link, or a social profile. The agent reads each one and folds the brand-relevant parts into your brand knowledge document, which updates automatically each time you add a source.
How many assets does my brand need?
There's no hard minimum, but guidelines, one logo (SVG), one font (TTF or OTF), and a few composition examples (PNG) give the agent a strong start. More relevant material helps it better capture your brand's visual style.
What types of assets help most?
All contribute — logos, photos, fonts, guidelines, color references. The key question is: "Can the agent execute the brand's visual style with these assets?" If relevant material is missing, output may differ from your brand benchmark — and the agent will tell you what's still missing.
What happens if a knowledge update fails?
Your source is still stored, and the Brand Hub surfaces a quiet "couldn't update — retry" option. A failed or slow knowledge update never blocks or loses your upload.
Can I update my brand later?
Yes — add a new source any time and the knowledge updates automatically and incrementally, so nothing you added before is lost. Editing the knowledge document yourself, or asking the agent to revise it from a chat, is in development.
Can a brand be shared across organizations?
No. Brands are owned by the organization. Every user in the org sees every brand, but brands cannot be shared across different organizations.
