How do credits work?

Each plan includes a monthly allotment of credits. Credits are consumed when you use AI features (image generation, video generation, AI agent runs). The exact cost depends on the model, the resolution or duration of the output, and the complexity of the request — heavier or higher-quality outputs cost more. See the Credit usage guide for the full breakdown.

How do I get more credits?

Upgrade to a higher-tier subscription. Kyoso does not currently offer one-time add-on credit purchases.

Do unused credits roll over?

For monthly subscriptions, unused credits may roll over to the next billing period, subject to any limits communicated at purchase or in the product. For annual contracts, unused credits expire at the end of the annual commitment term. See Terms of Service for the binding rules.

What's included in each plan?

Can I use generated content commercially?

Yes — generated content can be used for commercial purposes, subject to the original model's license and Kyoso's Terms of Service.

How do I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel my plan?

From inside Kyoso: Settings → Billing → Manage billing.

  • Upgrade takes effect immediately, with a prorated billing adjustment.
  • Downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Cancel — see Cancelling your subscription for the full flow.

What's the refund policy?

Subscription fees are non-refundable, including any unused portion of the current billing period. Failed AI actions (generation errors, timeouts, etc.) are auto-refunded in credits — no support ticket needed. See the Credit usage guide for details.

Are there team or enterprise plans?

Yes. Enterprise contracts may include custom credit pools, on-demand overage billing for usage beyond the committed pool, and committed annual terms. Email support@kyoso.com for early access or custom pricing.

How can I monitor my remaining credits?

Your remaining credit balance shows in two places in the app: in the sidebar alongside your account info, and in Settings → Billing with a progress bar. See the Credit usage guide for more.
