Train your brand agent

Upload brand assets and train the brand agent to learn your visual style.

Before you start

  • Admin access.
  • Brand assets ready: at minimum a brand guidelines PDF, one logo (SVG), one font (TTF or OTF), and one composition example (PNG).

Steps

  1. Switch to the brand workspace you want to train using the brand picker in the sidebar.
  2. Go to the Brand Hub.
  3. Upload your brand guidelines PDF — this is the core training document.
  4. Upload supporting assets: logos, fonts, and composition examples.
  5. The brand agent is trained on demand — once you've uploaded assets, training starts when the agent needs to use them.
  6. Training typically takes 10–60 minutes, depending on the amount of data.
  7. Monitor progress in the processing queue widget on the brand agent page.

Tips

  • The more relevant assets you upload, the better the agent captures your brand's visual style.
  • If training fails, try again — Kyoso will explain the reason when possible.
  • Pre-training checks catch most issues before training starts.
  • You don't have to train upfront — the agent trains on demand when it first needs brand knowledge.

Limitations

  • Currently, uploading a new guidelines PDF retrains the brand agent from scratch.
  • Near-term updates will allow editing data and uploading additional documents without full retraining.
