Workflows
A workflow is a reusable collection of steps and instructions for a multi-step design task — experimental support for saving and replaying workflows is now live.
Workflows are an experimental feature. Behavior and the management interface may change as the feature evolves.
What it is
A workflow in Kyoso is a collection of steps and instructions that drive execution — think of it as a reusable template for a multi-step design task. You can ask the agent to save your current workflow, and then use it to replicate the same end-to-end flow on future runs.
Key ideas
- Ask the agent to save a workflow — once you've completed a flow you want to reuse, ask the agent to save it as a workflow
- Replay — invoke a saved workflow and the agent will retrace the steps, applied to your current selection and brand
- Kyoso-curated and user-created — Kyoso provides built-in workflows, and you can create your own from flows you've completed
- Private or brand-shared — keep a workflow private to yourself, or share it with everyone in a brand. Built-in Kyoso workflows are available to all
- Discoverable — find workflows from the dashboard (Brand → Workflows and Private → Workflows), the Libraries dialog on a board, the
@menu, and the canvas Use workflow quick action - Manageable — rename or delete workflows from the dashboard, or ask the agent to update what one does
What's in development
- Sharing workflows across a whole organization
- Broader workflow templates curated by Kyoso
How it fits with the rest of Kyoso
Workflows build on top of the agent and tools to automate multi-step creative tasks across boards.
